ProFirewalls.com Return Guidelines

Welcome to ProFirewalls.com’s Return Guidelines, where we aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please review the following terms to ensure your return meets our criteria:

Product Returns

  • Eligibility Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for select items, subject to manufacturers’ return policies.
  • Software & Licenses: Due to the digital nature of software products, returns of software licenses and activation codes are not accepted. All sales for these items are final.

Process for Returns

  1. Request an RMA: Initiate your return by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through the online form in your ProFirewalls.com account, or by reaching out to us at cs@profirewalls.com. No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA number.
  2. Shipping: For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package against potential loss or damage. Use a shipping service that provides proof of delivery.
  3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns, reflecting the costs associated with processing returns.

Conditions for Returned Merchandise

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original factory seal without having been opened.
  • Include all original packaging, materials, and UPC codes on the manufacturer’s boxes.
  • Contain all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Special Situations

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, either refuse the shipment or accept it with noted damage on the carrier’s record. Keep the merchandise and all original packaging, and contact us immediately for further instructions. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
  • Incorrect Orders: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your order. ProFirewalls.com is not liable for issues related to incorrect orders. We strive to provide up-to-date information, but the manufacturer’s website should be your primary resource for product details.

Pricing and Changes

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, in response to market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price adjustments, and other factors. We reserve the right to make adjustments accordingly.
